At Costa de Leon we approach our commercial project design with the same philosophy as our residential projects. Careful use of size, building massing, materials and finishes give our commercial projects a human scale and ambiance that differ from most commercial projects.
Often commercial projects' location require a residential flavor and scale in order to be approved, yet still function as commercial properties and meet the needs of the businesses occupying them. These design parameters result in unique projects that draw clients and customers.
Commercial projects are undertaken in partnership with licensed Architects and Engineers. Past experience includes interior Tenant Improvements, small office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, large apartment and condo complexes, mixed use buildings, super markets and food service establishments.
